Robert is a resident of Yucaipa, California and a member of the Yucaipa Valley Art Association, Vision Quest, American Watercolor Society and California Watercolor Association.

Robert is a retired Master Chief Hospital Corpsman. He is a published poet, author and artist. Robert describes himself as land locked sailor, country boy and a horseless cowboy. He loves the mountains, playing the violin, painting, a trout stream and the serenity that comes with being surrounded by nature.

Robert grew up in Donegal, Pennsylvania in the middle of an area steeped in the history of the American Revolution. He learned from an early age about hard work and an appreciation for the land and all that it provides from his mother and his grandfather. His love of nature, and life experiences are reflected in his work.

He and his wife Virginia are very happy in their home and life in Yucaipa.
